As a Group Claims Consultant, you will build strong relationships, solve problems, and deliver a top-notch experience for our clients, brokers, and internal partners. You’ll act as the go-to contact for assigned accounts, helping ensure every client interaction reflects the high standard of service we’re known for.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

• Estimated Salary: $58,656 - $75,078 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal partners, providing proactive, responsive support for all claims-related needs.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
• Use your product knowledge to help clients understand coverage and navigate claim processes.
• Anticipate customer needs and identify opportunities to improve service, communication, and efficiency.
• Lead or participate in special projects, process improvements, and service initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• A customer service and/or medical background is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think critically, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of issues through resolution.
• A collaborative mindset and confidence working across teams and with external partners.
• Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.
