Job Description

Busy, fast-paced coffee shop seeks year-round kitchen prep employees. Duties to include baking pastries, breads, cooking of all ingredients, and rolling burritos. Must be dependable, trustworthy, and productive. Duties

• Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen
• Handle food safely and adhere to food safety guidelines
• Light maintenance and some additional cleaning required

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food prep skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards
