**Support Precision Manufacturing - Join PDS Tech Commercial as a FAA Processor** **PDS Tech Commercial** is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **FAA** **Processor** to assist in the implementation and optimization of manufacturing procedures in a regulated aerospace environment. This is a first-shift, hands-on role ideal for individuals looking to grow their skills in mechanical operations and production support. **Your Role and Impact** As a **FAA** **Processor** , you'll contribute to the construction, maintenance, and testing of mechanical equipment and components. You'll work closely with production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while supporting continuous improvement efforts. **What You'll Be Doing** + Assist in implementing and refining production procedures for manufacturing processes. + Conduct research on current and emerging technologies to support process improvements. + Construct, maintain, and test mechanical equipment and components. + Identify and coordinate replacement of worn or defective parts. + Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency. + Adhere to all safety standards and protocols. **What We're Looking For** **Required Qualifications:** + 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or related field. + Familiarity with standard manufacturing concepts and procedures. + Ability to follow instructions and work under close supervision. + Must be able to lift over 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks. + Comfortable with moderate exposure to machinery, chemicals, and physical risks. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Completion of an apprenticeship or formal training in a relevant specialty. + Experience in aerospace or FAA-regulated environments. **Why Join Us at PDS Tech Commercial** At **PDS Tech Commercial** , we value precision, safety, and teamwork.
