  • Work closely with third-party vendors, including freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers, to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Serve as the go-to contact for resolving issues related to international shipments, customs holds, and compliance alerts.
  • Partner with teams across Sales, Compliance, Supply Chain, and Legal to align export activities with business objectives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and shipment tracking platforms.
  • Ability to research and interpret foreign customs regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with trade compliance regulations (e.g., EAR, ITAR, OFAC).
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes and ECCNs.
  • Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, or French).
  • Experience working with global freight carriers or third-party logistics providers.
  • Licensed U.S. Export Broker.

We Offer:

  • Flexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays)
  • Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!
