Event Director – Wedding & Events Venue
Location: St Charles, Michigan
Compensation: $50,000 – $120,000 (Base + Commission per Event)
We are launching a brand-new wedding and events venue in St Charles, Michigan and are
looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Event Director to join us. This is a rare opportunity to help
build a venue from the ground up while directly sharing in its success through a base salary plus
commission on every event.
As Event Director, you’ll be the face of the venue — leading tours, booking clients, managing
vendor relationships and directing events on-site. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the
business by creating systems, refining operations, and helping us maximize the guest experience.
During events, you’ll lead additional staff to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
We’re seeking someone with strong hospitality or event management experience, excellent
organizational skills, and a true passion for creating unforgettable celebrations. If you thrive in a
