Primary Job Function : To assist senior installers and techs in the installation and service of heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Work Hours : 7.00 am to 5.00pm, Monday through Friday, overtime required as needed.

Pay Scale : $16.00-$24.00 per hour depending on experience + Benefits.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions from supervisor and carry out in timely manner
• Report problems with company tools or equipment promptly
• Work well with customers, co-workers, and other subcontractors
• Always maintain a profession appearance and attitude
• Clean truck and job site
• Operate a company vehicle as needed
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• 1+ year of experienced, preferred
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to use equipment and tools safely
• Basic safety knowledge
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds
• Possess both written and verbal English skills
