About the Opportunity: ACI Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Document Scanning Specialist to support the IRS Criminal Investigation Division s Frivolous Return Program (FRP). The FRP addresses taxpayers who attempt to avoid tax obligations using frivolous arguments. In this role, you will contribute to modernizing the program s document processing capabilities through digitization and scanning services. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Ogden, Utah, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare documents for scanning using industrial-grade equipment.
Digitize large volumes of paper documents using high-speed scanners.
Perform file manipulation and image enhancement on scanned files.
Organize and transfer digital files for upload to IRS-approved AI platforms.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Review determinations and prepare physical documents accordingly.
Respond to process changes and updates with flexibility and efficiency.
Participate in team meetings and process improvement discussions.
2+ years of directly relevant experience supporting document scanning, digitization, or similar tasks.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow complex procedures.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
U.S. citizenship required.
Must be eligible to obtain a High-Risk Public Trust clearance.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
