We’re seeking a friendly, reliable Delivery Driver & Route Sales Representative . You will load and deliver dry cleaning orders to our customers four days a week. You will also team with the owner to reach out to local businesses that may value our services, earning commissions when they sign up.

You are the face of our award-winning, 30-year business. You drive and deliver safely and accurately. You are comfortable reaching out to local businesses, sharing what we do, giving them some information or a gift bag, and following up to see if they want to sign up. You pay attention to quality, you are courteous, and you work well with others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver customer dry cleaning and laundry orders 4 days a week
• Invest a few hours more a week with owner's help to find new accounts
• Ensure all deliveries and pickups are accurate, timely, and professionally handled
• Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner; answer basic service questions
• Promote services to potential customers along the route (door-to-door introductions, flyer distribution, referral promotions, etc.
• Learn and follow our process to running the routes, so it is efficient and consistent
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle; report maintenance needs promptly
• Assist in loading/unloading and organizing orders at the plant or retail location

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with new people and representing the brand
• Self-motivated and reliable with strong time management
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and navigate stairs or apartment buildings as needed

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Knowledge of the local area
• Previous delivery or route driving experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
