Anca Revnic is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our data initiatives and leveraging data-driven insights to inform business decisions. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large sets of structured and unstructured data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that will support strategic initiatives. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure data accuracy and integrity while providing regular reports and presentations to stakeholders. Your expertise in data visualization tools and statistical analysis will enable you to transform complex data into understandable and meaningful insights. Additionally, you will assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards that monitor the performance of different business units. • Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources for analysis.
• Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns in the data.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and insights needed for decision-making.
• Utilize statistical methods and data modeling techniques to analyze data sets.
• Prepare and present data analysis findings to various levels of management.
• Monitor and optimize data collection and processing procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of analytical projects.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and derive insights.
• Familiarity with SQL and experience in database management systems.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools (e.g., R, Python, Excel).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
