AppleOne is seeking a Client Success & Loan Operations Specialist for a growing private lending organization in Fresno. This hybrid leadership role blends relationship management, loan operations, and strategic process improvement.
Position Overview
As the Client Success & Loan Operations Specialist, you'll lead efforts to ensure borrowers receive a seamless and satisfying experience from onboarding through funding. You'll collaborate across internal teams to streamline loan processing, resolve issues proactively, and enhance service delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle
Conduct onboarding calls, regular check-ins, and provide proactive updates
Advocate for client needs internally to eliminate friction and improve satisfaction
Operational Oversight
Manage loan pipelines and ensure smooth documentation and handoffs
Coordinate with underwriting, processing, funding, and compliance teams
Identify and resolve bottlenecks to maintain speed and accuracy
Process Improvement
Analyze data to uncover inefficiencies and recommend solutions
Collaborate with leadership to implement automation and SOPs
Drive improvements in turnaround times, client satisfaction, and renewal rates
Ideal Candidate Profile
3-6 years in customer success, loan operations, or account management
Experience in lending, fintech, or B2B financial services preferred
Strong understanding of loan origination processes and documentation
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Leadership experience with a collaborative, service-oriented approach
Familiarity with CRM and loan origination systems (Salesforce, LOS platforms, etc.)
Hybrid schedule: 3-4 days onsite in Fresno, 1-2 days remote
