Associate – Corporate & Private Equity Practice (Top 100 Law Firm)

Salary: $355,000 – $410,000 + Merit Bonuses

About the Role

As an Associate on our Corporate & Private Equity team, you’ll dive into high-impact deals spanning: leveraged buyouts, independent sponsor transactions, rollups, minority and junior capital investments, going-private transactions, and purchases of distressed companies. You’ll also have the chance to work with emerging managers and significant limited partners forming private equity, growth equity, venture capital, mezzanine, and real estate funds—gaining exposure to one of the leading emerging manager programs in the country.

Who We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of private equity transaction experience, with a proven ability to lead deals. Open to mid to senior level associates.
• Admission to the California Bar
• Strong academic credentials, exceptional writing and oral communication skills
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with clients and colleagues
