Construction Superintendent
Location: Bellevue, WA

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for projects in the Bellevue area. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe job site
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors
- Track progress and report on project milestones
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (commercial and/or residential)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines
- Proficient in scheduling and construction management software (preferred)
- OSHA certification preferred
