Construction Laborers

We are looking for Construction Laborers to join our growing team in Roswell, NM. In this role, you will support the modular home construction process by performing general labor tasks across various phases of production. No prior modular construction experience is requiredwe provide full training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the future of homebuilding in a stable, indoor work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly and construction of modular homes on the production line
• Move materials, tools, and components safely throughout the plant
• Support skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed
• Use hand and power tools under supervision
• Follow blueprints, layout marks, and instructions from supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Perform physical labor including lifting, climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Construction, manufacturing, or general labor experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn and perform a wide range of construction tasks
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to follow directions and prioritize safety on the job site
