Join a dedicated team specializing in smaller foundation concrete pours, specifically slabs up to 5000 sqft. Your role will involve prep work before pours, such as setting forms, digging footers, and performing layouts. You will also manage finishing tasks, including handling trowels, brooms, edging, and cutting in joints. This position covers a working radius of 60 miles around the Indianapolis 465 loop.

Work Environment
Expect a dynamic work environment, with tasks performed both outdoors in various weather conditions and indoors around completed projects. The job can be dirty, reflecting the nature of construction work. Our projects span commercial buildings, institutional, medical, food processing, industrial, warehousing, and retail spaces. Work hours are Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts starting at 7 am, and paid lunch breaks. Overtime may be required. Travel is limited to within a 60-mile radius of Indianapolis.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
