Job Summary The Community Specialist executes the store’s community strategy, engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and activities, including supporting product seeding and attending local studios. They develop relationships with ambassadors and community partners to add value and enhance the store’s role as a community hub. They also provide exceptional guest experiences and incorporate community perspectives into customer interactions. Core Responsibilities Implement community strategy in collaboration with store leadership. Build and manage relationships with ambassadors, studio owners, and community partners to attract and retain guests. Engage with the local community to identify new partnership opportunities. Connect with guests to understand their needs, educate on products, and deliver seamless omnichannel experiences. Participate in local community events and support initiatives. Execute product seeding strategies with community partners. Analyze community-related data to inform strategies and share insights with leadership. Foster an inclusive team environment that values diversity and collaboration. Job Requirements Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the store’s country and able to travel with reliable transportation. Schedule: Flexible, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional early mornings or late nights during peak times. Experience: At least 1 year in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building. Preferred Assets High school diploma or equivalent; experience in relationship building, motivating teams, or community engagement.
