Pay Rate:

• $13hr/$15hr (earn up to $3,600/monthly in commissions)

OR

• $18hr/$20hr (earn up to $1,400/monthly in commissions)

Bonuses : Additional metric-based performance bonuses available!

We are currently seeking a Collections Representative to join our Collections team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Representative located in Dallas, Texas.

• The Collections Representative will be responsible for managing debt collection processes, communicating with debtors, and providing excellent customer service. Key tasks include cash collection, coordinating with financial institutions, resolving disputes, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role also involves analyzing financial data to enhance collection strategies.

Qualifications

• Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge in Finance and related financial processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and professionally in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in legal recoveries is a plus
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related fields is advantageous
