Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree or above in Chinese or a related field, or a recognized teaching qualification in Chinese language education. Former MOE teachers with solid experience in teaching and tracking PSLE and O-Level Chinese. Capable of leading a teaching team, designing course structures, developing materials, and mentoring new teachers. Fluent in Mandarin (with basic English support when needed), excellent classroom management, and strong communication with parents. Patient, caring, responsible, and a strong team player with a passion for student growth and education. Responsibilities Independently design and develop Chinese courses, especially for PSLE and O-Level preparation. Teach small‑group or one‑on‑one classes.
