About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their team. The CMO will be a key player in the company's growth, responsible for leading the marketing strategy, creative direction, and team management. This role involves overseeing all marketing activities, from ad creative and paid media optimization to influencer campaigns and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in eCommerce marketing, extensive experience in ad creatives, media buying, email/SMS marketing, and influencer marketing, and a strong understanding of paid media strategy, particularly with Meta, Google, and TikTok. The CMO will also be instrumental in driving the company's growth through the development of new marketing initiatives, A/B testing, and the identification of new audience segments. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should be strategic leaders with a creative vision, capable of thinking strategically and executing operationally. The role requires a candidate with a demonstrated success in team leadership, the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, and a focus on continuous optimization and growth. Experience in conversion rate optimization and data-driven decision-making is essential. The CMO will be expected to manage relationships with key team members, both in-house and with external agencies, to ensure consistent performance and growth. A bonus would be experience in building in-house marketing teams as the company expands.
