The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in the  execution and fulfillment of meal delivery to our customers. Positions are available in both  part-time and full-time capacities. Applicants must be 18 years or older to apply.

$15–$20/hour (Hourly + Tips)

Join our team and help deliver the Chick-fil-A experience beyond our restaurant—serving our community with great food, great service, and genuine care. This role extends  Great Service and  Care beyond the restaurant by delivering Chick-fil-A hospitality directly to our community in  Sandy Springs and Dunwoody .

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver meals and orders efficiently and safely.
• Represent Chick-fil-A with professionalism, warmth, and teamwork.
• Follow all traffic laws and uphold safe driving standards.
• Support teammates and leadership by modeling engagement and growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly base pay: $12–$20/hour (hourly + tips).
• Drivers using personal vehicles: $13/hour + all tips + $1 per delivery reimbursement.
• 100% of tips go directly to drivers.

Personal Vehicle Drivers

Drivers who use their  personal vehicle for deliveries will receive a  higher starting hourly wage and a $1 reimbursement per delivery in addition to  all tips earned .

(Example: $13/hour base pay + all tips + $1 per delivery reimbursement)

REQUIREMENTS

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old, demonstrate a positive attitude, and drive safely and efficiently to ensure each guest receives exceptional service. Candidates represent Chick-fil-A Hunker Down Hospitality within the community and are expected to uphold our Core Values—Care, Engagement, Growth, and Teamwork—while following all restaurant health and safety standards.
• Clean Driving Record will be verified.
• Driving Experience: Minimum 2 years of driving experience required. Driving records will be verified.
• Punctual and Professional: Committed to going the second mile to create a remarkable customer experience.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable Communication: A smartphone with a data plan is required for all drivers.
• Team-Oriented: Must demonstrate reliability, cooperation, and a positive attitude.
