Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Chemical Operator for a great company here in Kalamazoo, MI! The position is on 1st shift and the compensation is depending on level of education and experience in the range of $30-35/hr! Excellent benefits package upon hire-in.
Summary
As a Chemical Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing team safely producing products with a focus on strict quality standards. Some of the responsibilities include Machine Operation, receives and stages raw materials, operates blending process and monitors equipment, taking samples during process, packaging final product, completes SAP transactions, ensures all waste generated is properly labeled and stored.
Requirements
Experience in Manufacturing and Chemical Processing- minimum 2 years
Prior Forklift experience strongly preferred
Critical Thinking skills
SAP knowledge
Microsoft Office knowledge
HS/GED minimum
Highly reliable with a team-player mindset
