Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and industrial sector, is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting operational efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Pay Range: $27 to $29/hr

Shift: Daylight

What's the Job?

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment
• Inspect facilities to identify and resolve issues proactively
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment and systems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in building maintenance or a related field
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
