We are seeking Bilingual Spanish Medical Assistants —new grads or experienced—to join our welcoming, professional team.
What You’ll Do:
As a bilingual Medical Assistant Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
✔️ Welcoming and rooming bilingual Spanish patients
✔️ Maintaining and overseeing medical records
✔️ Inputting and verifying insurance information
✔️ Scheduling patient exams and diagnostic tests
✔️ Assisting with hospital admissions and laboratory services
✔️ Performing phone triage and patient correspondence
✔️ Preparing patients for exams and documenting medical histories
✔️ Measuring vital signs like blood pressure
✔️ Drawing blood, removing sutures, and changing dressings
✔️ Participating in minor procedures and basic lab exams
✔️ Administering injections or medications as permitted by state law
✔️ Educating patients on medications, special diets, and follow-up care
