Charter Communications is seeking a *Data Analyst I* to join our Customer Experience Quality team. This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual professional (English + Spanish), with strong analytical and technical skills, who is passionate about data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
*Responsibilities:*
* Perform data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting
* Extract and analyze data from various sources including databases, manual files, and external websites
* Design, test, and document processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures
* Create and publish regular and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders
* Respond to data inquiries from multiple departments
* Document reporting requirements and validate data components
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions
*Requirements:*
* 0 – 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role
* Bilingual: *Fluent in English and Spanish* (must be able to speak Spanish proficiently)
* Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
* Familiarity with query tools and/or statistical software
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
