Home Link International Inc. is seeking a dedicated BCBA, BCaBA, or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adults with autism and other developmental or behavioral disorders. The position offers a flexible, part-time schedule and can be performed remotely, in-home, or as a hybrid arrangement depending on candidate location and client needs .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans , supervising RBTs and support staff, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure measurable client progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) , skill assessments, and ongoing evaluations

• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians to ensure fidelity to treatment plans

• Collect and analyze client data to track progress and adjust interventions as needed

• Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and team members regarding client progress

• Ensure all practices comply with BACB guidelines, state regulations, and ethical standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BCBA, BCaBA, or LBA certification required

• Experience providing ABA therapy services, preferably in-home, school, or clinic settings

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Commitment to professional growth, client-centered care, and ethical practice

• Ability to work flexible hours based on client caseload
