Anthropic is seeking a highly analytical B2B Growth Marketing Lead to join our marketing team. You'll be embedded within our B2B marketing organization, providing strategic guidance and hands-on execution across our core performance channels: SEO, paid media, and lifecycle marketing programs. Think performance marketer, but for the B2B enterprise space.
In this role, you'll architect data-driven growth strategies that deliver predictable, scalable pipeline generation. You'll own the analytical frameworks that measure complex, multi-touch customer journeys and optimize channel performance. This is an opportunity to apply performance marketing rigor to enterprise B2B growth for a company at the forefront of responsible AI development.

The expected salary range for this position is:
$255,000 - $320,000 USD
Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
