The Role
As a part-time (up to 30 hours) Assistant Store Manager at Midas Toowoomba , you'll support the Store Manager to take the store to the next level by driving sales, coaching your team and creating a standout store experience. You'll be hands-on, people-focused, and commercially sharp.

Lead, develop, and inspire your team to hit sales and service targets
Maintain high standards across store presentation, VM, and stock flow
