Join a boutique developer and owner-operator management company with nearly 35 years in the industry. They specialize in the acquisition, master-planning, redevelopment, and management of real estate assets in the Los Angeles area.

Your new role

  • Respond to tenant inquiries and manage work orders through to completion
  • Coordinate with vendors and follow up on service delivery
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly property activity reports
  • Prepare tenant notices for projects, meetings, and events
  • Track and manage budgeted projects with the maintenance team
  • Conduct property inspections and vendor site walks
  • Assist in the bidding process and vendor selection
  • Maintain daily property management tracker and documentation
  • Support onboarding of new tenants and conduct final walk-throughs

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Property Management
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Experience with institutional financial reporting and CAM
  • Familiarity with MRI, JDEdwards, Yardi, and Kardin software preferred
