Responsibilities include scheduling, managing telephone communications, welcoming patients and visitors and overseeing correspondence. Additionally, you will provide assistance with special projects and contribute to departmental operations and administrative management. Overall, this role helps provide support to both management and care management staff in making innovation and teamwork possible./ppA caregiver in this role works days from 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m./ppA caregiver who excels in this role will:/pulliManage, prioritize and send out multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively such as acting as a liaison between internal and external customers by greeting customers, answering and triage phone calls./liliOrganize and create 6-week assignments./liliSchedule transport, handle the place and close process for the case managers and complete IMM letters./liliAdminister calendar and schedule management./liliCompose and prepare a variety of correspondence (e.g., reports, forms, presentation materials, messages, etc.) as required./liliProvide coverage of other areas such as front end, point of service and registration./liliCoordinate management functions and assist in special projects/li/ulpMinimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED/liliThree years of office experience/liliExperience using Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)/li/ulpPreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:/pulliAssociates Degree/liliTyping proficiency of 35 wpm with accuracy/liliMedical office experience/liliEPIC and Microsoft Office skills/li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliAbility to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods/liliAbility to operate a computer and other office equipment/liliAbility to travel throughout the hospital system/liliAbility to communicate and exchange accurate information/liliIn some locations, ability to move up to 20 pounds/li/ulpPersonal Protective Equipment:/pulliFollows standard precautions using personal protective./li/ulpPay Range/ppMinimum hourly: $16.47/ppMaximum hourly: $23.61/ppThe pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
