Job Description

Join our dynamic accounting team as an Accounting Specialist, I  where your expertise will help keep our financial operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of accurate reporting and compliance, working with a collaborative team to process transactions, reconcile accounts, and support key business decisions. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and research check payments for processing
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews
  • Support compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
  • Provide support during month-end and year-end close processes
  • Generate reporting for daily cash reconciliation
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer service, operations) to streamline accounting processes
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma is required
  • 2-3 years of accounting experience preferred
