Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Southeast Houston, TX  

Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 
Work Model: Onsite
Start Date: January 2026

One of our commercial and industrial construction clients is growing and looking to add an Accounting Manager to their team! This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding commercial and industrial construction company, managing key accounting functions and supporting continued business growth.

Focus includes:

• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Cash Receipts

• Manage budgeting, financial accounts, and financial assets

• Maintain accuracy and integrity of all accounting records and processes

• Prepare month-end and year-end reports for leadership review

• Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and forecasting

• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures

Targeting candidates with:

• Experience in the construction industry (commercial/industrial preferred)

• Strong working knowledge of Foundation accounting software

• Proven experience managing multiple accounting functions

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• A proactive and dependable approach to problem-solving
